PRAYER IS ONE STRAND IN CHURCH DNA SHIFT!
Pat McWorter, WorkLife Director at Frazer UMC, recently utilized a WorkLife Lesson (a twice weekly, church-branded tool provided by HCAW), to share that the Prayer Ministry was actively lifting up those involved with the WorkLife Ministry. He also asked for specific requests from those in the workplace. As the responses poured in, Pat realized the seeds planted by the implementation of Frazer's WorkLife ministry were beginning to bear fruit! It was helping the DNA of Frazer to shift! One response stated:
"I am asking for prayer for my co-worker, Tom. I bought the DVD 'The Hiding Place' and I have loaned it to him. Please pray that God will speak to his heart through the message of this movie. I will also offer the movie to other co-workers.”
What an exciting example of a person integrating their faith in the workplace and how your church can help connect multiple avenues of ministry to further the Kingdom of God!
